Ciara undertook her first race in the Irish Minibike Championship in 2023 winning the Junior Elite 2 Stroke class on her KTM 65cc. Ciara continued in the Junior Elite class in 2024 where she finished runner up in the class. Ciara obtained her full bike race licence in March 2024 having attended the two MCUI induction days.

For the 2024 season Ciara joined the Motorcycle Road Racing Club of Ireland, TEAM Wood Youth Academy riding their Tianda 300 cc machine. Riding in the Moto 1 class within the Ulster superbike Championship. Ciara continued to learn her craft riding her machines at every opportunity both North & South of Ireland. By the end of the 2024 USBK Championship Ciara finished a very respectable 6th place overall in the Moto 1 Championship.

For 2025 Ciara has been practicing most weekends at tracks near home on her minibike.For the 2025 season she will ride a KTM 85cc machine in the Irish Minibike Championship moving up to the Senior Open Class.In the 2025 USBK Championship she will once again ride the Team Wood Youth Academy Tianda 300 cc machine. Also she has been given the opportunity to ride a Moto 3 Honda machine which has kindly been sponsored by Bryan Harding.

As you can appreciate running these three machines is a costly game. Any sponsorship would be very gratefully received as we endeavour to get Ciara the recognition of the talent that we are starting to see come through.
